Good - friendly staff
She was very friendly and informative
excellent. The wait time between the nurse and the provider is too long sometimes.
Pamela Held always takes the time to be warm and welcoming with the children. she makes me and my children feel at ease during checkups and always gives straightforward recommendations.
she did not screen my daughter for scoliosis. Her last well care visit the last doctor detected mild scoliosis and should be checked every year.
best pediatrician's in the business
very happy with this pediatrician for my daughter. she always has answers for my questions or doubts.
I expressed that we had some breastfeeding concerns and Pamela immediately offered to watch me feed and helped with latch issues. I feel she went above and beyond what I expected at the visit and I greatly appreciated it!
good service. keep up good work
She was very pleasant.
This was our first visit to CCP as we had previously lived in another state. Pamela was great.
We waited way too long to be seen by the provider. She didn't come into the exam room until 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time.
provider spent a lot of time with us, to be efficient
In the past three visits to the CCP , I was seen by a nurse practitioner Pamela . Although she was wonderful , at some point I would like to see a pediatrician for my child .
Mrs. Heald is a wonderful provider and we are happy to take our daughter to her.
We love Pam. She is wonderful.
this provider was appropriate with her medical knowledge. I've seen 2 other providers in this office. They were better to communicate with teenager. She was a bit condescending. The appointment was for 3:15. We got out after 4:15. A well child visit with no problems and 1 shot took more than 1 hour....not efficient.
This was our first experience with CCP Moon and it was a great one. Our daughter is a whole 10 days old and was in the NICU for about a week. We were told to get an appointment 1-2 days after we brought her home and CCP was able to get that squared away asap. Bo long and extended waits. The people that helped us were fantastic. -- Not to mention the facility was very clean.
all good experiences. very knowledgeable practitioners and clinitions.
Pam Heald was very nice and knowledgeable about our newborn. Her answers to our questions went above and beyond our expectations. 10/10.
Pam is always great, so personable, and kind to my boys. We always enjoy seeing her! :)
When examining my child's ears, Pam continually stuck the instrument too far into my child's ear causing him to scream in pain. She was asked to not do so and she continued to do that and make excuses and try to say it was necessary, but not a single other doctor we have seen has needed to do so. Also, she did not appear to read his chart to know his medical history and made comments about his eczema on his face and I explained yes, we have medicine for him and has visited the dermatologist about it and she just continued to tell me to use Vaseline and did not care that I was telling her he already has products specific to his problem.
Excellent provider. Very knowledgeable and wonderful with my child. We love Mrs. Heald!
Pam is wonderful! She is very personable and so great with my son, he loves her! She always goes above and beyond with advice, explanations, and everything else!
Pamela held always takes the time to make sure we are heard and is always so wonderful sharing her own personal knowledge when helping me understand things
Doctors is user friendly and talking nicely with care
Mrs. Heald also provides us with excellent coverage.
she is very kind even we can't speak English very well. also she made my daughter be comfortable.
Pam looked at my daughters' chart before the visit and noticed they needed her yearly well exam in addition to their sport's physical. The RN and Pam rearranged the schedule to accommodate this. This saved me time and money. I was extremely appreciative.
Pam looked at my daughters' chart before the visit and noticed they needed her yearly well exam in addition to their sport's physical. The RN and Pam rearranged the schedule to accommodate this. Mrs. Heald is wonderful! I always ask for her when making appointments - she takes her time with us and is so kind to our children.
she was great with my daughter!
Pam was awesome!
Provider did not acknowledge my concerns regarding my child's health
I felt like I was being rushed through the office and wasn't taken very seriously.
Pam is absolutely wonderful! My son loved her and she was really good at keeping my husband and I in the loop during our appointment! She is very personable and easy to talk to, I felt comfortable asking questions which was not the case with our previous pediatrician.
I have been very impressed with the kindness and concern the doctors and nurses at this office have treated my children and myself with during our visits.
I truly appreciate the respectful way that my children were treated. The provider addressed concerns in a direct yet thoughtful manner that made them feel empowered to make some changes and not degraded or embarrassed.
We love Dr. Pam which is what my 4 and 2 year old call her. She 's great!! I love how sweet she is and she always remembers my girls when we are there and takes a genuine interest in them. She gives great advice and does not judge me for anything that I say. I truly think she is awesome! Thanks, Dr. Pam for always taking care of my daughters in the best way possible.
answered all questions and seemed genuinely interested in my child's health and gave us information on how to improve health habits
I did not feel that Pam Heald had a thorough understanding of my child's asthma diagnosis or the history. I feel it was important for her to have read his chart and seen how serious his asthma had gotten in December. I asked about allergies and she said she would "be ok with me seeing a pulmologist." As if I needed her blessing. if she had read his chart, he's been seen by pulmologist in December, January, and most recently with his admittance to Children's.
The provider was positive, knowledgeable and took time to explain things to my son and myself.
she was very patient and gentle which made my son who doesn't like new people actually interact with her and made the appointment pleasant!
Excellent care every visit
She really listened to what I had to say and took the time to discuss possible things she thought could be causing what was going on.
Did not care for this particular care provider, but still happy she was able to get a same day appointment
Pamela was great! She listened and talked through my concerns. My child felt so at ease and actually said she can't wait to go back to the doctor in one year. It was our first time at this practice and I have already recommended it to a friend.
PA seems to act like she knew my daughter but we have never seen her before. Made daughter uneasy. Didn't even acknowledge her not feeling good and when she told Dr about sore throat it was dismissed and dr only looked briefly at throat. Didn't ask any history of not feeling good recently. Guess it's a MedExpress appt in the future.
my daughter was seen immediately during morning walk in hours at the CCP office we go to normally, without having to make an appt, which was wonderful. We needed to make sure she didn't have strep and our caregiver and the staff was amazing as usual.
I felt like Pam Heard did not have the best bedside manner. I felt like she was degrading my parenting skills during this visit. As a new parent, i am still learning as I go and I left this visit very upset because I felt like she was judging me and treating me like a bad parent. everyone else at this practice has been wonderful to deal with so far.
upset that no flu swab was ordered said treatment wouldn't change if positive (which she was fortype a) that's reportable and Tamiflu helped mychild immensely .
My family absolutely loves CCP of Moon. We have always had a great experience there, rather the children were visiting for a well visit, or sick. Thank you all!
