great experience, strong empathy
very friendly and explained his heart in a way he could understand.
this was probably the most thorough and efficient doctors appointment I've ever had. the provider spent a very long time talking with us. she was extremely thorough and understanding, as well as polite. really it was the best doctors appointment I have ever been to regarding seeing how much the provider cared.
excellent explanation of her murmur, thorough examination.
Rebecca was very kind and overall pleasant. She explained everything very clearly to us. She took her time with us and didn't rush through the appointment at all.
excellent experience. Caring, knowledgeable staff.
The provider was very thorough and listened to all of our concerns and family history and even asked additional questions to make sure she was understanding everything prior to the exam.
this nurse practitioner was absolutely fantastic!!
RP excellent- explained everything to me and my daughter
Nurse Piazza is EXCELLENT! Clear, thorough, knowledgeable, empathetic and THE BEST at her job!
Doctor Piazza was absolutely wonderful. This as been an on going problem with my child and she is the first doctor that has given us the time of day. I am sad she is leaving G.I because I would have requested to see her every time! She is getting my son the help that he needs and we cannot thank her enough for what she has done for us.
she was wonderful!
we really liked her a lot. She made us very comfort and put my son's fears to rest and helped him understand what has been going on.
she was very nice, knowledgeable and easy for my 8 year old daughter to talk to and explain what was going on.
She was very concerned about my child's situation. Gave a diagnosis and came up with a plan to treat. she also gave me a ton of information on his diagnosis. she was very kind and down to earth. Wonderful young lady. I would definitely reccomend her!
we had a wonderful experience that left us completely comfortable about how to take care of our child's condition and now have a full understanding of that condition as well as his treatments.
provider didn't listen well. expected answers from a 7 year old child rather than the parent. did not listen when concerns were voiced. Bedside manner was not great when explaining invasive assessments.
