I was impressed with the time and care that Rosie put into our visit as well as her follow up
she was great!
My child was tested for strep and I was told it came back negative so they did a nose swab to check for the flu and I was told that came back positive. I got a phone call the next day stating that the strep test did come back positive and now she needs to be on an antibiotic. Its been over 24 hours since her visit and now she's went that long without the antibiotic. I very upset about this.
Rosalie was excellent, very thorough, professional, and pleasant!
Rosalie was very nice and attentive. She asked questions and listened to the answers. I appreciated her explanations and intelligence.
Rosalie is always kind, a patient listener, and thorough in her exam and explanations.
My child had hand, foot, and mouth, and it was missed by this provider. He had blisters in his mouth that were not mentioned and blisters on his feet that were not even checked. My son has a high tolerance for pain and never once complained to me about the blisters on his feet it wasn't until my oldest daughter got blisters the next day that I checked my son's feet and saw that he had blisters as well.
Dr was prompt and paid attention to my child's concerns. She interacted well with him
always a pleasant experience
My daughter has been coming to Erie Pediatrics since she was a baby and I have had only good experiences at this office. Thank you.
Always a great experience with this provider and the entire practice in general. Always recommend them to anyone looking for great care.
I love Rosie. I would like Rosie everytime we come to the office.
Rosie went over my daughter's recent medical care, and helped me decide whether to go through their office or to a specialist for her medication management. She listened to our questions and answered them completely, and made sure we didn't have questions or concerns that went unheeded.
The provider was excellent. I felt comfortable leaving the appointment and knowing what to watch for. The provider even asked me to call on Monday with an update on how my son was doing.
Rosalie Smith & office staff were very good at her well visit.
Just one suggestion, it would be nice if the PA could introduce themselves when they walk in.
Was a good visit
informative and answered all my questions.
I have always been happy with the PA's in this office. I appreciate that they have enough staff that my son can be seen right away when necessary.
