The appointment with Dr. Williams was good. She spent a lot of time explaining things to Stephanie and me. Gave us a lot of information on different types of medicine and there side affects.
Wait time was unreasonable. Appointment time was 1PM on 2/19/20. We were called back to exam room at 3:30PM. I asked the front desk at 2:15pm to check status and was told that my daughter was next (weren't called for another 75 minutes). Calls should be made by office staff to patients to alert or cancel appointments as opposed to having patients wait over 2.5 hours to been seen. At one point there were 32 people in the waiting room. Unreassonable.
Provider was very good with child and parent. If anything emerges in future for similar area, would go to this doctor.
Dr Williams is always so kind and talks to my son on his level. we are so glad we found her and that she comes to our area to see patients. she is the best!
This was the 1st time Dr. Williams saw my son and she was wonderful. She connected with him about our dog, activities he like and then asked questions to him about his epilepsy. She answered our question and we look forward to working with her going forward.
She was very nice and understanding. Really felt like she took the time to listen to our concerns and talk with us about everything.
Alexis and I saw Dr. Shelly Williams. I was impressed with her knowledge and consideration she gave Alexis and myself. We were well informed and the Dr. spent time discussing concerns that we had. I felt very good after the visit.
i really liked Dr. Williams
The doctor was excellent explained everything to use in words and terms we could understand and was very nice to us and are child would recommend everyone I see to visit her if they need to
Dr Williams has a great rapport with my daughter and answers all of my questions.
Dr. Shelly Williams is excellent. Our son is newly diagnosed with epilepsy and we are navigating the diagnosis, treatment, testing, etc. Dr. Williams took the time to listen to us re: my sons issues and provided tons of valuable information. We would highly recommend Dr. Williams.
There was a bit of redundancy (perhaps this is usual to calm nervous parents?) when the doctor talked with us. Despite being seen for something minor, there seemed to be a stress on phrases like, "this is definitely not a life-altering prognosis," which made me more nervous then before we went in. There were also some contradictions between the doctor and PA with regards to the follow-up tests that were recommended.
provider was great
Dr. Williams was so thorough and helpful. She took the time to listen and explained things so my daughter and I could both understand. She also helped us plan for decreasing prescriptions if the future. We enjoyed our visit with Dr. Williams.
