Dr. Williams was awesome. She was respectful, knowledgeable, and patient.
Dr. William's was hands down fantastic! My daughter has complex medical issues and we normally follow up with her pulmonologist. This was our first visit with Dr. William's and she reviewed my daughters medical records and was prepared before entering the exam room. I would definitely recommend this provider.
Dr. Williams was friendly and helpful
Took the time to help my child relax and feel comfortable. Took her time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Even followed up with a phone call to confirm, which I really appreciated.
Dr. Williams is amazing every time we see her. She goes above and beyond.
Dr was so very patient and kind to my son
this was our first visit with dr stacey. it was a sick walk in. I actually cried with gratitude because she was so amazing and capable and kind.
diagnosed with ear infection and told prescription was being sent with verified pharmacy. being sick for several days and wanting to start antibiotic asap I went straight to the pharmacy. it was not called in. called the office to ask about it and was told it would be done and they would call to confirm after. didn?t receive a call until after 3pm. 6 hours later it was sent to the pharmacy!
Dr. Williams is a wonderful and caring doctor. she is so approachable and patient. She never rushes us and answers any questions and concerns we may have. You can tell that she really enjoys what she does.
Dr. Williams was absolutely wonderful. She listened to my son and addressed his concerns and many many questions.
My daughter and I really enjoying her physician. She always make my daughter feel comfortable. With the changes that little girls go thru at this time of their life, the relationship with their physician is overwhelming important to me as her parent.
Dr. Williams is amazing! My kids love her, we love her, and all of our extended family that goes to her love her too!!!!
Dr Williams is an excellent Dr and very attentive to our daughter when needed.
Dr. Williams always goes above and beyond for my children and my family.
Dr. Williams is wonderful. She did a complete examination and made sure my child was comfortable the entire time.
Mrs. Williams is a good person and always take care of Aniylah and always helpful with any and every question that we have
We love Dr. Stacey. I would give her an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Everyone in my family loves seeing Dr. Williams. She is kind, funny, and respectful of my child's questions.
Everything was great - just the initial wait time was long, about 30-35 minutes.
this practice has been nothing but helpful from the time she was born, in working with my wife on breast feeding to making sure that we were prepared to "parent"
She was running behind, therefore our visit seemed rushed. It was a Monday, so I am sure they had some extra patients that were not scheduled but it seemed like we could have had a little more time to go over milestones and make sure that we were on the right track.
We love Dr. Williams. She is always friendly, patient and kind. She has somewhat of an old-school, relaxed appropriate that we truly appreciate. The only negative point that I would say is that she is always running late. Our most recent well child appt, we waited in the exam room for 40 minutes to see her. This is extremely challenging with a squirmy, impatient baby. It is also not respectful of our time as parents, and taking off from work, etc. As much as I love Dr. Williams, this has been really frustrating.
great doctor very caring and knowledgeable
Dr. Williams is extremely competent and attentive to our childrens' special needs. Everyone in our home loves "Dr. Daisy" as she is know to us! She is trauma-informed and has been a blessing to us.
we moved up here from FL and were referred to this provider by a friend. we arebeyond happy with this office. Dr. Williams helped us this visit but we usually see Dr. Cass. everybody is amazing from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors. so thankful to have found such an amazing team.
Dr. Williams is the best!
We love Dr. Williams! She really cares about our daughter!
Second time seeing this provider in both times showed unsanitary actions not washing hand or using any hand sanitizer upon entering the room
Dr Stacey Williams is the BEST!!
Dr. Williams was gentle, kind and really listened to my daughter. Everyone at CCP-GIL is amazing!
We love Dr. Williams! She always makes my kids feel comfortable and have fun during the appointments. I feel like she really listens to me and answers any questions I have.
We were thrilled to see Dr. Williams after a disappointing experience with one of her colleagues. Dr. Williams observed an issue the other ped never raised, provided us with numerous suggestions and treatment options, and listened to our concerns.
Dr Williams is the best. caring, concerned, insightful.
We love Dr. Williams, she's great
We love Dr Stacy Williamson!!!
waited for 20mins in the exam room until i stepped out to make sure we weren't forgotten. after a rushed visit, we went straight to pharmacy to pick up prescription and it was never sent over. had to call the office and wait another 30mins for the doctor to send the prescription to the pharmacy.
Dr Williams barely let me get a word out and was really rushed, which is typical for her. I wasn't even able to communicate my concerns and my child's symptoms before she was assuming she knew what I was going to say and interrupting me. It was a terrible visit, very par for the course with her, and resulted in us needing to seek out another provider after hours for more help.
Dr Williams always makes my children feel comfortable and safe.
Listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to follow my wishes while still providing the best recommened care for mw and my baby.
Dr. Williams always goes above and beyond. My 11 yr old had a physical and was a bit hesitant on what to expect. Dr. Williams was comforting and made her feel at ease and explained everything in a way that left my 11 yr old feeling confident and comfortable. She not only helped her feel at ease but me included.
We adore Dr. Williams! We don't mind the wait because she is such a conscientious and friendly physician.
Dr Williams is awesome!!
Dr. Williams was caring and extremely thorough at our sons 9month appointment. She listened and answered all of questions.
Great care - Dr. Williams listens and answers all of the questions I have.
i went in for a walk in appointment. I thought mydaughter had an ear infection. the wait time in the room was longer that the time spent with the doctor. my child is seven months and became very fussy.
My toddler loves coming to see Dr. Williams for every checkup. She is thorough and kind and builds a great rapport with him. Answers all my questions and goes above and beyond to make my child feel comfortable.
We waited around 50 minutes to be seen during walk in hours. I tried to make a regular appointment, but none were available in the morning. I understand that they were busy. Dr. Williams spent about 5 minutes with both of my kids being seen. Not a big deal, one had an ear infection and one was viral, which was what I thought. My issue comes in with the prescription. it would have taken her and extra minute or two to send the prescription to the pharmacy while still in the exam room. She chose not to. I live about 45 minutes away from the office. I stopped to get my kids something to eat and drove to Apollo from Plum to get the prescription. The prescription was NEVER sent over to the pharmacy. I had to call back to the office and they had her send over the prescription while I was on the phone. Then I had to wait for it to be filled, with two sick kids. I think it should be policy that any prescriptions are sent over while in the exam room. I don't have this problem with any of the other doctors in the practice. I've been coming to CCP-GIL Murrysville for almost 13 years now. I do not schedule any of my kids regular appointments with her, but I didn't have a choice with using the walk in service. This makes me feel like she views my time as inferior to hers. We had already waited 50 minutes to be seen for 5 minutes and then to have to wait around again at the pharmacy with two sick kids is unacceptable. I truly hope that this is addressed and that a policy change is made, if that policy to order prescriptions while in the exam room isn't already in place.
Your people are fantastic.
Dr. Williams provides one of the best experiences of warmth, competence, clear communication, developmental appropriateness, transparency, effective engagement of a teenager, and efficiency that I have ever encountered as a parent/psychologist. Patients and GIL are lucky to have her!
dr Williams always is very friendly and personable when you visit her. nice to have such a friendly doctor
Dr. Williams made my daughter feel safe and well cared for.
Dr. Williams is wonderful! We feel so lucky to have her as our ped.
Dr. Williams is a first-class physician who truly cares about her patients. She thoroughly reviewed and studied my daughters chart and symptoms, and was able to determine a diagnosis that 4 other physicians and numerous care team members missed. My daughter has been suffering with these symptoms on and off for over a month, and was recently scene twice at the Children's ED where they performed a chest X-ray and missed pneumonia. For a 2 year old, this misdiagnosis could have been fatal. Dr. Williams read the scan and carefully examined my daughter. She immediately knew it was pneumonia and an ear infection. We are so grateful for her skill, thoroughness , and concern for my daughter.
Dr. Williams was so helpful. She did more than she had to do for us.
Dr. Williams is awesome. Love her
love this office and Dr. Williams is the best!
wonderful provider patient kind caring takes her time to really listen
Dr. Williams is smart, encouraging and enthusiastic about our child's health.
Dr. Williams was great!!! First time seeing her! She was awesome!
Dr. Williams is always pleasant and very helpful. You can tell that she cares about the wellness of your child. She will answer your questions very reasonably. She is very down to earth and shares experiences from her personal life.
My daughter had her 3 day post delivery visit and Dr. Williams was excellent. She took the time to listen to our concerns and set us up with the right interventions to get my daughter back to health. Being a first time mom, I was very emotional and she provided me with the comfort and reassurance I needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams to anyone.
i love doctor Williams and her energy around kids thanks

Dr. Williams is fantastic and I could not be happier with her. My daughters love her.
very personable dr... i realuze this is a very busy practice but this dr never seems rushed or anxious... good connection with people
I absolutely love this office. The staff and doctors are amazing. They are so accommodating and accessible to parents and great with children. I can't recommend this office enough.
Dr. Williams is extremely personable and has a great bedside manner.
Dr. Stacey Williams is an excellent pediatrician and would recommend her to anyone
I felt as though the appointment was rushed. For this being his first time at this office and him being 2 (which in my opinion is a big milestone in a child health) there was an inadequate amount of time spent by the doctor. She was in the room for no more than 1.30 minutes. Didnt ask about his development or any concerns I might have had. All she did was look at his eyes ears and mouth, and his genitals and left. I will be looking for a different doctors office for future appointments because of this.
Stacy Williams is amazing! I appreciate the care she has provided my daughter and look forward to the advice and care she will has to provide us
Dr. Williams was very nice and kind. She was very cheerful and positive doctor. However, she seemed rushed and not as attentive. She accidentally went into the wrong check-up room, didn't even take a look at the questionnaires the nurse asked me to fill out and didn't put in an order for my child's vaccination shot. Due to lack of her attentiveness and desire to get to know us I felt like just another number (task for her to get through). Some people might prefer someone as kind as her; however, I prefer a doctor that will take time to be attentive and thorough. I am going to ask to be seen by a different doctor. Another doctor at a completely different facility would sit down, go through the chart thoroughly, talk to my child and spent 5-10 minutes to ask questions and talk to me to get all the information.
Dr. Williams is always very nice and makes my son feel comfortable. she makes the exam feel like play and he is not scared to go to doctors appointments
It wasn't a bad visit it just seemed rushed
Dr. Williams is always cheerful, helpful and thorough.
Dr. Williams is fabulous. She put my daughter at ease and provided much needed compassionate care. I am thrilled and grateful to have found her.
We were able to be seen very quickly for a sick visit, which was wonderful. Dr Williams is always kind and caring and takes great care of our son. We love her!
Tjerebwas no long waiting time. we were received promptly!
Dr. Williams makes my daughter feel very comfortable. we switched to her after seeing her last year when my daughter had an injury. she always has an upbeat attitude when we see her.
She seemed more interested in talking with medical staff than with talking to us about my daughter's issue. I was left having more questions than I came with. The issue was resolved, but I felt brushed off by this provider.
Dr. Williams is excellent! Highly recommend.
I've had dr. Williams since my kid was a baby she always listened to my questions and concerns about my kid and gave me advice as to what I can do.
Stacey is always kind and caring. excellent doctor.
We love Dr. Williams and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
dr. Williams is absolutely wonderful we have her for her first child he is five years old so we now have her for a new baby she make sure we understand the care and feels very interested in each individual child the only thing that we wish that she could spend more time with each visit
Dr.Williams always seems to have time for my children and answers all my questions and concerns. she never seems to be in a rush to get to her next patient.
Dr. Williams is an exceptional pediatric health care provider. She was fully up to date with the shared information from my child's other doctors and physical therapists. She communicated with my son (and me) in a way that is 100% respectful and at his level. She shows exceptional care but also also applies a keen medical professional analysis to what she is seeing and hearing in the exam. My son is dealing with long term health issues that Dr. Williams helped us identify and helped us to begin treatment to address. We are deeply grateful that we found Dr. Williams and that she is part of our sons care.
the nurses are friendly and efficient when administering shots! Dr. Williams is kind and patient when explaining medical information!
amazing care!!! it does not get any better than Dr Williams !!!
We love Dr. Williams. She is so encouraging and wonderful with my kids. She is an excellent doctor!
Dr. Williams is excellent. We've had two appointments with her in the past couple of weeks (for 2 different kids). She puts them at ease and is good at explaining things to us. She respects our decisions but also offers useful information.
Did a great job of listening to my husband and I and addressing our concerns
Dr. Stacey Williams was very sympathetic to my daughter's illness. She explained everything to us clearly and called in the medicine right away. We were able to pick it up within an hour of leaving the office.
My child's doctor, Dr. Williams, is very attentive, and checks in about his health, even outside office hours.
Dr. Williams really puts my daughter at ease. She addresses my daughter directly and makes her feel like she is an actual part of the process. I'm thankful you have her on staff !
This was our first visit to this site and with this doctor. My daughter's liked Dr. Williams; she is very relatable. Our wait time was long, which we were told was due to being new patients.
Dr. Williams is one of the best physicians in the office, and we are always happy with her attention to detail and bedside manners.
my daughter really seemed to like this dr and we changed to this dr being her primary dr since we were not satisfied with the previous primary.
Dr. Williams is a sweet lady, but always rushes you out the office. doesn't thoroughly check my children, literally in and out the room within 3 minutes it is terrible. Will be switching pcps.
Dr. Williams has a great rapport with my children, and a good sense of humor. She is knowledgeable and caring, and we feel very comfortable with her, which is important.
I absolutely adore Dr. Williams. She was comforting to my daughter, sensitive to her nervouseness, attentive and it was just an overall exceptional experience.
