Career/Research Interests: For my fellowship research, I am working with Dr. Juan Celedon to study the effects of diet and obesity on asthma outcomes among Puerto Rican children.

Honors/Awards: UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh First Year Fellow of the Year (2019-2020)

Degrees Pursued: Currently enrolled at University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health, earning a Multidisciplinary Master of Public Health (MMPH)

Scholarship: Postdoctoral Scholar on a T32 training grant through the Division of Pulmonary Medicine at UPMC Children's Hospital

Career Goals: Currently deciding between academic medicine, research, or some combination of the two

Travels/Languages: I only speak English, but I love traveling, especially to Europe! I’m a huge Rick Steves fan – I love making detailed itineraries based on his recommendations.
