Career/Research Interests: I am interested in studying immune dysregulation with particular focus on how Th17 cells drive autoimmunity. 

Honors/Awards: Autoimmunity and Immunopathology T32 (2020-2021)

Career Goals: My future goal is to direct a basic/translational research program as well as continue to practice clinical pediatric rheumatology.

Hobbies/Interests: Cooking (and eating!), hiking, trying to garden, knitting, live music/theater, and exploring Pittsburgh’s many museums, restaurants and breweries

S.O./Married/Kids/Pets: I am lucky to have my sister, brother-in-law, and two nieces living in Pittsburgh!

Travels/Languages: I have had the good fortune to explore many countries in Europe and would like to visit more of the US and Central and South America some day.
