- Conduct mentored research with interdisciplinary mentoring teams, including GAP research groups with expertise in clinical trials, health services research, informatics, and community-based participatory research
- Receive grant-writing training, focused on developing a submission-ready career development award
- Join a community of learners across multiple disciplines through writing groups, work-in-progress presentations, and professional development seminars
- Medical Education Track: Our medical educator fellows earn a Masters of Science in Medical Education through the University of Pittsburgh Institute for Clinical Research Education during a 2-year fellowship while caring for primary care patients, precepting pediatric residents, teaching didactic sessions, and completing mentored education or quality improvement projects.
