Our Training and Education Program helps nurses develop the knowledge and skills required to deliver quality care in a rapidly changing and technologically advanced environment. The Professional Development Program rewards and acknowledges nurses for their performance and professional growth.

Moreover, we collaborate to establish a climate that allows professional practice to flourish – formally through our Shared Governance Councils, and informally through on-the-job teamwork.
