Patient Representative
Description of Services
The patient representative provides intervention and advocacy for patients and families who have complaints or disputes with hospital or medical staff. The patient representative listens to concerns, while keeping the patient’s perspective in mind, registers complaints and works to resolve individual patient issues and facilitate access to care.
