Join us for updates in Pediatric Nursing Education, a free webinar series sponsored by the Division of Community Health and the Professional Development and Education Committee of UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Here you will find presentations that relate to your pediatric practice while earning continuing education credit.

Follow these instructions.
(This must be completed within 1 week from the live Webinar)

  1. Click on CATALOG & search for the webinar by title
  2. Click REGISTER/COMPLETE COURSE
  3. Watch the Webinar
  4. Complete the Quiz with a passing score of 80% or higher
  5. Complete the Course Evaluation
  6. Claim Credit (and print a certificate if desired)

Nursing Continuing Education (CE)

Once approved, each Nursing Pediatric Education Series Webinar will be awarded 1.0 CE through the UPMC Center for Continuing Education in the Health Sciences(CCEHS). To receive the Contact Hour(CE), the individual must view the entire activity and follow the link to complete the evaluation that follows. The Nursing Continuing Education (CE) Credit for the webinar will be available for 3 months following the posted date.

CCEHS has been awarded Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) with Commendation. Joint accreditation is the leading model of interprofessional collaboration that helps improve healthcare through continuing education for the team. As a jointly accredited provider, CCEHS offers continuing education credit to an interprofessional audience of learners, including physicians, physician assistants, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, psychologists, social workers and other healthcare professionals though a single, unified application process and set of accreditation standards. To receive the Contact Hour(s), the individual must view the entire activity and complete the activity evaluation that follows. The Nursing Continuing Education (CE) Credit for the webinar will be available for 3 months following the posted date.
