John G. Rangos Sr. Conference Center at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh
IBD GROW (Goals of transition Readiness, encouraging Ownership and sharing Wisdom) is a program for teenagers and young adults, 14 years of age and older, who are living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and are the process of transitioning to adult care, and their families.
The program will feature a keynote speaker, ice breakers, nutrition, mental health, what to expect and expectations in adult Gastroenterology, and a patient panel.
