Our clinicians are on-call 24-hours a day and are an excellent resource for all aspects of referrals, consults, and facility-to-facility transfers of patients in acute heart failure. For patients deemed too sick for an outpatient evaluation, we offer expert facility-to-facility transfer by our transport team specialized in ECMO and VAD transport.
