UPMC Children's AnywhereCare

Children can get sick at any time. It might be difficult to schedule an in-person visit with your child's pediatrician when that happens. With UPMC Children's AnywhereCare, getting care for your sick child is just a few taps away.

Our pediatric providers can diagnose, provide treatment options, and prescribe medicine for many non-emergency illnesses. Visits are safe, secure, and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. UPMC Children's AnywhereCare is available for children from birth to young adulthood.

For patients 3 and under, please contact your on-call pediatrician for concerns between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.

To Get Started

You will need a reliable WiFi connection and a patient portal account. Select your patient portal and follow the steps to start a pediatric video visit with UPMC Children's AnywhereCare on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop.

During the video visit, a member of our pediatric care team will review your child's medical history, ask about their current illness, and answer any questions you might have. They can provide a diagnosis if one is needed and suggest the next treatment options. They also can prescribe medication if it is necessary.
