UPMC Children’s Express Care in Shadyside (4923 Centre Ave.) will permanently close its doors to patients on November 1. UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics and UPMC Children’s Hospital specialists will continue to operate out of this location.
Our trusted pediatric care team will continue to support the community through our new Express Care clinic in Lawrenceville located on the third floor of UPMC Children’s Hospital. This clinic provides families with after-hours care for minor injuries and illnesses from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Noon to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. No appointments are necessary and free parking is available on site.
In addition, patients can continue to access video visits with Express Care providers 365 days a year for added convenience. Learn more or request a video visit.
