Daytime and Evening Video Visits

For video visits between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m., simply use Children’s Express Care’s Save My Spot service or log in to your patient portal to start your visit.

Overnight Video Visits

Log in to your patient portal to start your UPMC Children’s AnywhereCare video visit. For patients 3 and under, please contact your on-call pediatrician for concerns between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.

What You’ll Need

To participate in a video visit, you’ll need:

A personal computer, tablet, or smartphone with WiFi.
A device equipped with a camera and microphone.
Once your visit is scheduled, you’ll receive instructions via text or email. Be sure to download any necessary software ahead of time to avoid delays.
