For your convenience, we now offer video visits with UPMC Children's Express Care providers. Scheduling an appointment is easy. Simply use Save My Spot to request a video visit.
To participate in a video visit, you will need access to a personal computer or tablet with WiFi or a cell phone. In addition, your devices need to be equipped with a camera and microphone.
You will be contacted via Save My Spot with additional instructions once your visit is scheduled. Please download all necessary software for your device prior to your visit. This may help to prevent delays.
Monday through Friday: 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday: Noon to 9 p.m. Sunday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
UPMC Children’s Express Care offers video visits on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Our providers are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for video visits. To request a holiday video visits, simply use Save My Spot.
