Jessica Sebastian has been with the Division of Genetic and Genomic Medicine for over 10 years as a genetic counselor and now serves as the lead genetic counselor for the Pediatric Cardiogenetics Program as well as the HHT Center of Excellence. She has a strong interest in furthering the scientific community's understanding of the genetic basis for inherited cardiovascular conditions. She has also served for a number of years as the liaison for the inpatient genetics consultation service by assisting with coordinating care and genetic testing for patients admitted to the hospital. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working on home improvement projects, being outside exploring nature, and reading.
