IBD GROW (Goals of transition Readiness, encouraging Ownership and sharing Wisdom) is an annual program for teenagers and young adults, 14 years of age and older, who are living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and are the process of transitioning to adult care, and their families.
IBD GROW 2024 is April 18, 2024 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Rangos Auditorium at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
