We review your child’s unique situation at our tumor board and our multi-disciplinary team will guide you through your child’s personalized treatment plan and ensure you feel comfortable with our recommendations. After treatment for your child’s tumor has ended, we offer a comprehensive survivorship program with specific resources and support dedicated to those affected by brain and spinal cord tumors.

Clinical Trials

UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh is leading in pediatric brain tumor clinical trials and research. We are a participating site for national clinical trials through the Children’s Oncology Group (COG) and the Pediatric Brain Tumor Consortium (PBTC), as well as several investigator-initiated clinical trials.
