The Center for Independence offers a number of programs for children and teens that are meant to improve the self-reliance of young people who have behavioral, communication, cognitive, and/or physical challenges. Our programs are designed to prepare him or her to participate to the best of their abilities in meaningful experiences as they transition through life.

The staff of the Center for Independence will work with you to determine if your child may be a candidate for a program or programs at the center.
Parents must stay on-site for the duration of the classes.
We offer a mix of self-paid and insurance-covered programs. Please check with your insurance carrier to find out what is covered.
