7 a.m. Wake-up, shower and clean cabins

8:50 a.m. Daily camp schedule review
9-11:30 a.m. Morning activities Campers and staff are to be prepared to leave directly from breakfast for morning activities. All campers must participate in morning activities with their entire cabin. Junior counselors will help supervise and participate in the activities. The Climbing wall will be offered daily and participation is limited. One - two sessions per cabin during the week will be provided.
Three areas below will be available during each morning; as well as one special activity provided by an outside organization. All cabins will have activities assigned to them during this time. Please check with your counselors to see where your cabin has been assigned.
11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Ask the Counselor/ Ask the Doctor/ Ask the Nurse sessions
12:30 p.m. Lunch
1-2 p.m. Rest period
2-5 p.m. Afternoon activities/ Pool time/ Craft center
5 p.m. Clean up
5:30 p.m. Dinner
6:30 p.m. Trading Post
7-8:30 p.m. Evening activities Field Games/ The Trading Post / Dance & Carnival
8:30 p.m. Campfire
9:30 p.m. Cabin time/ Get ready for bed
10 p.m. Lights out Camp staff will be assigned to night watch in each cabin area until midnight.
Dr. Bill Neches Heart Camp for Kids is held the week before Father's Day every year starting on the Sunday before and ending on Saturday, the day before Father's Day.
The arrival time for camp will be determined on the model of camp which is approved due to the COVID 19 protocols. You will be notified when to drop your child off at camp by the Heart Camp staff.
