Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Survivorship Program
Megan Conover, RN, has more than nine years of nursing experience. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Education. In her role as the clinical nurse coordinator for the Survivorship program, Megan is responsible for gathering information about our survivors and coordinating their care. She works closely with our providers to provide education, while empowering our survivors to understand and take control of their health as they transition into adulthood. Her strong background in nursing informatics and IT helps the team provide efficient care, using technology as a tool. She has tremendous drive and determination.
Project Coordinator, SurvivorConnectTM
Noelle began her career working with children and families in a psychiatric inpatient setting. Her background in research, web applications, data analysis and marketing help the team track and connect with survivors through the new SurvivorConnectTM project. Noelle brings a special passion for working with survivors and their families.
