Research Interests

Erick Forno, MD, MPH, is an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and the UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Dr. Forno’s overarching research interest is the epidemiology, genetic epidemiology, and the genomics of asthma. He is particularly focused on the effects of obesity and adiposity on childhood asthma.

Clinical Activities

Board-certified in pediatric pulmonology and general pediatrics, Dr. Forno sees patients at the main campus of UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
