BRITEPATH Research Study

Protocol Description

Researchers at the University of Pittsburgh are testing how well a safety plan app called BRITE works to manage distress in young people. Volunteers will be asked to participate in their usual care with a their mental health provider who may implement this intervention during their mental health sessions. Volunteers will answer questions about mood and behaviors on 3 phone phone calls while they interact with the app or a paper version of a safety plan or coping plan.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 12-26 yo who would be interested in using safety planning app
