SOVA is a website for teens and wiseSOVA is a website for parents which aims to increase engagement in mental health treatment. This study is part of the design phase and we are beta testing the site to understand if it is usable and acceptable to users. Read more at: sova.pitt.edu
Adolescents or young adults age 14-26 with history of symptoms of depression or anxiety; and parents who have had a child with symptoms of depression or anxiety.
Participants complete an online survey (~15 minutes), receive daily emails reminding them of new blog posts, and then complete a follow up survey after 6 weeks (~10 to 15 minutes).
